So, this summer was and is full of adventure for me! This June I attended the Warrior Dash in Logan Ohio. This was a great 5K mud run! We ran through tails and hills, swam through muddy water, climbed walls, low crawled through mud and jumped over fire!
This November I am going to attend the Tough Mudder event in Indiana; this one has electric shock! I can’t wait!
